The story of AIESEC is one of constant change but a constant and continual clarity of purpose. What started as an initiative to bridge cultural divides following World War II is now a global movement of youth leadership development. As the leadership of the organisation completely turns over every 3 years, we always want to capture the important parts of our history for future generations.
